This page contains any resources I think might be useful for creating a website. It's geared towards personal websites/Neocities. All resources here are either completely free, or able to be used free to a certain extent (without a trial).

HOSTING RESOURCES

_{These are various resources that allow you to host things like images, videos, audio, or other files. This means you have them backed up somewhere and also allows you to save space as compared to having them hosted directly through your website. There are many, many other hosting resources than these ones, but I only includes resources that explicitly allow hotlinking. Popular sites, like Imgur, do not allow hotlinking for website purposes. Please note there is no guarantee that any given website will stay up. With any sites you use, keep an eye on any announcements. I highly recommend keeping any files backed up somewhere other than on a hosting website.}
